North Haven families, 

We have a few important updates this week as we approach the March Break.  

Parent-Teacher Conferences

As always, we will be holding Parent-Student-Teacher conferences on the Thursday and Friday before the break – March 20 and 21.  Due to the ongoing labour action, all conferences have been moved online, and times have been slightly adjusted.  Conferences for Grade 1-5 will run Thursday from 4:30-7:30pm and Friday from 8:00am-12:00pm.  Mrs. Gouthro’s Kindergarten conferences will be conducted on Thursday, March 20, from 8:00am-4:00pm. Date and times for conferences for kindergarten students in Mrs. Johnson’s class are still to be confirmed. ​​​​Conference bookings are made through myCBE and will open on Thursday, March 12 at 3:00pm. 

School Engagement Survey Link

Your feedback on our School Development plan, budget, and fees is important and will help us plan for next year. Please watch the CBE School Planning Video, and view North Haven's School Planning/Budget/Fees presentation, and then fill in a short anonymous survey. 

Alberta Education Assurance Survey

Planning for next year means looking back on our successes and examining our areas for growth from this year.  The Alberta Education Assurance survey is one important tool – this was sent out to families by the CBE and will be completed by Grade 4-6 students in the coming weeks. This information is valuable to us and if you have received an email regarding this, we would appreciate that you complete the survey.
