First Day of Classes
Our first day of classes for Grade 1 - 6 students is Monday, August 31, 2026, at 8:00 AM and will end at 2:30 PM.
Kindergarten families are reminded of the staggered entry for Kindergarten children: 8:00-9:30 attendance for children with the last names of A-F, and then 10:00-11:30 for those with the last names from G-Z. All other students are in attendance from 8:00 am – 2:30 pm.

Kindergarten
On August 31, Kindergarten will have a staggered entry. Please bring your child to school at the following times: 8:00-9:30 - last names of A-F 10:00-11:30 - last names from G-Z Kindergarten students will begin regular hours on September 1, 2026.
Lunch Supervision
Lunch supervision fees are due in September. Online registration and fee payment can be made through MyCBE Account. The cost for a 4-day program will be determined in the fall. For more information visit our Lunch Supervision page.

Yellow School Bus Transportation
Our yellow school bus routes are designed over the summer using the addresses submitted before June's pre-registration deadline. Get ready for some exciting journeys!

School Supplies
Students supplies are provided by the school for children in kindergarten through Grade 6. Please ensure your student has indoor and outdoor shoes, a backpack, a lunch and a snack.
Clubs & Activities
Clubs and Activities
At North Haven School, students have the opportunity to participate in clubs throughout the year. Some of the clubs from 2025-2026 included: Leadership Club, Art Club, Lego Club, Handbell Club, Math Club, Science Fair Club, Minecraft Club, Robotics Club, Games Club and Dodgeball Club. Leadership students planned and help run some sessions this year for other students. We look forward to seeing what students are interested in this year!
Learning Technologies & Student Wi-Fi
Digital technologies are transforming how we teach our students. We utilize a range of technology tools to personalize each student’s learning experience, including getting connected to Wi-Fi for seamless access to educational resources.
Off-Site Activities
Keep updated on field-trips and other exciting off-site activities throughout the year. We're excited to expand on learning opportunities by stepping outside of the classroom.
