North Haven families, 

We hope you have stayed warm and cozy on this chilly weekend.  As the cold weather continues, we remind parents to please dress students for the weather. We will have indoor recesses if temperatures are colder than –20 C with wind chill.  

We would like to send a reminder to drive carefully and to follow traffic laws. Please ensure that you are using the crosswalks to cross the street. This models safe behaviour for children. There have been some close calls the last few days with parents and students going into traffic from between parked cars as well as behind the school buses.  Everyone in our community is important to us and so is their safety. 

The next School Council and the Parent Society meeting is this Tuesday, February 4, 2025. The meeting will be held at 6:30 pm in the school’s learning commons.
