Save the Date! Trickster Residency Showcase (February 27) 

During the week of February 24-27, students will be engaging in drama performances, focused on the theme of belonging. All classes in grades K-6 will have time with specialists, who will help them to rehearse and prepare for a performance. Parents will be able to attend a rehearsal performance in the afternoon or an evening performance on the 27th (exact time will be confirmed early this week as we get an update on gym capacity).   

Please note: Due to the timing of kindergarten classes, students will not participate in the performance. Teachers will capture their learning and showcase it during March parent conferences.   

Calgary City Teachers’ Convention & Family Day 

This is just a reminder there will be no school on February 13 & 14, 2025 as all staff across CBE will be taking part in professional learning around the city. Monday, February 17, 2025, is Family Day so there will also be no school for students and staff. We hope you have fun with your family! 

Staffing Update 

We would like to thank Ms. Brownlee for being part or our grade 3-4 team while Mrs. O’Brien was on leave.  Ms. Brownlee and Mrs. O’Brien have been working together to plan a smoot transition for Mrs. O’Brien’s return this Monday.  Welcome Back Mrs. O’Brien!  Thank you, Ms. Brownlee and all the best in your new school.
