The classrooms are ready, and our staff is excited to welcome students back! We look forward to seeing everyone on Monday and beginning another wonderful year of learning together.

Monday, August 31
- Grades 1–6: 8:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
- Kindergarten staggered entry:
- Last names A–H: 8:00–9:30 a.m.
- Last names I–Z: 10:00–11:30 a.m.
Tuesday, September 1–Thursday, September 3
- Regular school days
- Regular Kindergarten schedule begins Tuesday
Friday, September 4
- Grades 1–6: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
- Kindergarten attends: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
First-Day Arrival
Grades 1–6 and PLP: Teachers will meet students on the compound at the back of the school beginning at 7:45 a.m. Look for the coloured sign displaying the name of your child’s teacher:
- Grades 1–2: Blue
- Grades 3–4: Yellow
- Grade 5: Orange
- Grade 6: Purple
- PLP: Pink
Kindergarten: Please meet Mrs. Johnson at Door B, located at the front of the school to the left of the main entrance. Look for the green Kindergarten sign.
Kindergarten families may wait in the Learning Commons or return when their child’s session ends.
Beginning Tuesday, students in Grades 1–6 and PLP will use their designated grade-level doors. Kindergarten students will continue to use Door B.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up
The area around the school will be especially busy during the first week. Please use crosswalks, follow parking restrictions, keep driveways and bus zones clear, and do not use the staff parking lot for drop-off or pick-up. Whenever possible, please park a short distance away and walk to the school.
Looking Ahead
- Monday, September 7: Labour Day — no school
- Tuesday, September 8 at 6:30 p.m.: School Council and Parent Association meeting
