Conference Booking opens to parents on Monday, March 11 at 6:00 am and closes on Friday, March 22 at 10:00 am. Up to four families can book into each 30-minute conference block. These are Student Led Conferences, so parents are asked to bring their child to school during their conference time. Students will have the opportunity to share their work with a parent and engage in curriculum-related tasks. Student-led conferences are a great way to better understand what students are working on at school and how well your child is meeting grade-level expectations. The music room will be open during this time as well so students can share some of the things they have been learning in music with their parents if they would like. If you require an individual meeting with your teacher, you are encouraged to email him/her directly to book a time.  

Conference Hours
Grade 1-6: Thursday 3:30 – 7:30 & Fri 8:00 – 11:00 
Kindergarten: Thursday 3:30 – 7:30 

**Please note: There is no school for students on the following day(s).  

• Grade 1-6: No School on Friday, March 22. 
• Kindergarten Only: No School on Thursday, March 21 and Friday, March 22.
